Makes 10 x Cookies (I just had to taste test 2 of them)
2 x Bananas
1 x Cup Quick Oats
2 x Scoops Protein Powder
1/4 Cup Blueberries
1 x TBS Chis Seeds
1 x TBS Coconut Oil
1 x Cinnamon Powder
1. Oven 200 degrees.
2. Squish bananas with a fork in a large mixing bowl until softened.
3. Add in remaining ingredients and mix together well. (the batch will be pretty sticky)
4. Using an ice cream scoop, divide mixture into 10 x cookies.
5. Cook in oven for 15 minutes on a baking tray layered with baking paper.
