Makes 1 x Serve

Ingredients:

Rump Steak (Palm Size Serve) 
Steamed Pumpkin (about 1 Cup & Bit Cubed) 
Capsicum (1/2 Cup Diced) 
Basmati White Rice (about 1 Cup Cooked) 
Coconut Oil (Thumb Size)

1/2 TSP Rosemary Leaves
1/2 TSP Ground Ginger
1/2 TSP Ground Nutmeg
Salt & Cracked Pepper

Directions:

1. Cut and steam pumpkin in microwave with a bit of water until softened. About 5 minutes. 
2. Dice meat and cook in a frying pan with coconut oil. Then add in diced capsicum and seasonings. 
3. Prepare rice as instructed on packaging. Once cook add and to pan and mix together.
