Zucchini & Tuna Bake

Zucchini Tuna Bake.png

Makes 5 x Serves

Serve with cup of cooked pasta or side of salad or for lower carb option (I use burn appetite pasta from Coles health for section)

Ingredients:

500g grated zucchini (liquid squeezed out) 
5 x cans of tuna (drained) 
10 x TBS quick oats
1 x Cup (lightly packed) Grated Cheddar Cheese
5 x Eggs

2 x TBS Dill
Salt & Cracked Pepper

Directions:

1. Grate zucchini and dump into dish towel a D squeeze out all excess water.
2. Transfer all ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Make sure you drain all excess liquid from tuna cans before adding into the bowl. 
3. Mix together well. 
4. Transfer into a large baking dish and cook in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes or until browned.
5. Let cool before serving

Optional - Instead of cooking the tuna bake in the oven, you could make them into tuna patties and cook on a frying pan. (dividing mixture into 10 x patties)
