COME IN AND JOIN OUR ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT SESSIONS + WORK ON YOUR SPEED AND AGILITY, CONDITIONING AND RECOVERY IN A SMALL GROUP ENVIRONMENT

The IB School Holiday Preseason aims to deliver an intensive training period that will educate and coach athletes to improve their athleticism and physical capacities.

Our ADP school holiday program is broken into 3 options:

Option 1

ADP Only

The program consists of 3 face to face sessions per week that will involve all elements of athletic development. These three sessions are broken into three different strength days. Strength Days 1 & 2 will focus on traditional and priority athletic development components. While Strength Day 3 will focus on athletic movement skill development and coordination to assist with the transfer functional capacities to athletic performance.

All sessions will involve a warm up incorporating myofascial release, mobility, and activation, followed by three training complexes that are designed to improve strength, power, and reduce injury risk.

Individual programming updating based on participants movement competencies. Progression will be earnt through achievement, consistency, and hard work.

Education around health, wellness, and performance. As well as character development and skills that participants will learn will take forward in their lives!

Price

2 x Per Week = $30

3 x Per Week = $35

Session times

Monday to Friday - 6.30am and 3.30pm

Option 2

Speed and Agility, Conditioning and Recovery Only

Our new and exciting sessions will run exclusively to the school holiday program. These new session will include speed and agility, conditioning, and recovery. The speed session will run on Tuesdays at 7:45am (following our ADP class 6:30am session), and conditioning will run on Thursdays at 7:45am. 

Finally, the recovery session will use mixed modalities to teach different ways to promote physical regeneration after training, as well this session will give coaches and athletes an opportunity to review and learn from the training week.

These sessions have limited spots available so make sure you don’t miss out.

$45/week ($15/Session)

Friday/Saturday (Depending on the week) - 7.45am or 8.30am

Option 3

ADP + Speed and Agility, Conditioning and Recovery

Combine both our Athletic Development Program and our Speed and Agility, Conditioning and Recovery Sessions into the ultimate preseason coaching experience.

With this option you can combine either a 2 or 3 day a week ADP membership with our speed, conditioning and recovery membership.

Price

2 x per week ADP + Speed, Con and Recovery = $75

3 x per week ADP + Speed, Con and Recovery = $80

Session times

Monday to Friday - 6.30am and 3.30pm

Tuesday, Thursday - 7.45am

Friday/Saturday (Depending on the week) - 7.45am or 8.30am
